The property was built on reinforced concrete foundations, blocks and wooden walls framed to create two separate and distinct houses, the main circular house and an adjacent annex. The annex is officially registered as rural housing and is rented as a holiday with good annual occupation figures. Alternatively, this could be used as additional accommodation for family members or even join the main house to increase the facilities of a larger combined family home. The design was specially oriented to make the most of the unbeatable views of the peat, located just opposite, about 500 meters away, also contemplating the peak of La Maroma.
